This site is intended to inform Learning Facilitators at all levels taking a constructivist stance, who wish to make optimal use of the Internet to maximise the effectiveness of their students' learning.

It will focus on guidance on the design and management of courses at all levels using the Internet as a delivery facility

Graham Hart is an E-Learning Consultant who has some 10 years experience in e-based learning and teaching. He worked in the the Ashcroft International Business School for some years as a senior lecturer and course leader.

More recently he was a Principal Lecturer based in Ultralab, the learning technology research laboratory based at Anglia Ruskin University, where he was involve in the pioneering fully online BA (Hons) Learning, Technology and Research.

Most recently on short term contract at UEL helping to update the student guides in their VLE which is a customised version of WebCT/Blackboard

Graham holds an MA in the Design and Management of Award Bearing Courses on the Internet and an MSc in Management Development in Small Firms. He is associated with Core Education UK
